Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account page. Cancellation stops future billing immediately — we don’t charge you again. Your access to paid lessons continues until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, then your account reverts to the free tier.

Refunds

Because a subscription grants immediate access to the full back-catalog of lessons, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a technical fault on our end — email us within 7 days of the charge and we’ll investigate and issue a refund if the error is confirmed.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Failed or disputed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we don’t retry charging aggressively — your subscription simply lapses and access reverts to the free tier at the end of the current paid period. If you believe a charge was unauthorized, contact your bank or card issuer as well as us.
